She is the Founder, CEO, and President of OmniSure Consulting Group, where she helps various organizations manage risk, improve patient outcomes, enhance performance, and maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. Michelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Houston, University Park, and completed her long-term care management studies at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill. She holds several insurance-related designations, including Associate in Risk Management. Recognized with the Insurance Business America’s 2021 Elite Women award, Michelle is a frequent speaker at Crittenden Medical Insurance conferences, Professional Liability Underwriting Society’s Healthcare and Medical conference, the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management, and other healthcare and insurance conferences.
